VINEGAR

A special Vinegar with younger notes


Obtained from white and red berried grapes, it is the result of the acetified must and aged for a long time in oak, chestnut, juniper and cherry barrels.
To obtain different types of dressing vinegar based on the “recipe and aging”, grape musts from our region are combined with aged wine vinegar, with the addition of the oldest Ancient Riserva Vinegar for dark condiments.

On the other hand, the White Condiment comes from the union of late grape musts and aged wine vinegar.

With an aromatic taste, very fresh and pungent but absolutely clean and round with the right acidity typical of barrel-aged vinegar.

Obtained from the union of grape must, aged wine vinegar and a small part of Ancient Vinegar Riserva. Left to mature in oak, mulberry and cherry barrels, it has a high density and a bright dark color.

Suggested for meats, aged cheeses, vegetables and desserts. (For lovers of sweeter and more delicate flavours)

Meeting between fruity flavors and ancient woods.

Obtained from the union of grape must, aged wine vinegar and a small part of Ancient Vinegar Riserva. Left to mature in chestnut, oak, mulberry and cherry barrels, it has a high density and a bright dark color.

Lucia

Lively wood flavor given by the aging in oak and acacia barrels.

Created from the union of grape musts, aged wine vinegar and a substantial part of Ancient Vinegar Riserva. It has a bright black color and high density.

Suggested for meats, aged cheeses, vegetables and desserts. (For lovers of non-fruity tastes)

Woody flavor with a marked acidic note.

With a slightly less dense appearance. It is made from grape must, aged wine vinegar and Ancient Vinegar Riserva.

Suggested as a salad dressing and marinades. (Everybody likes it)

White Condiment (Amber color)

Chiara

Amber vinegar given by the harvest of late grapes, left to age on the plant, which gives this product marked balmy and sugary notes.
You will be amazed by the bouquet of aromatic herbs when you taste it.

Ideal for fish and vegetables. (For those looking for different flavors)
