Welcome to
ACETAIA BONACINI
Our story begins in 1925, when grandmother Chiara Bucciarelli, a native of Modena, marries grandfather Alcide, a great farmer from Scandiano in Reggio Emilia.
At the time, the marriage dowry of young brides from Modena was nothing more than a small bottle of Vinegar.
This marked the beginning of a new love, of a new family and the union, in our case, of the 2 provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia, the motherland of the true and inimitable Vinegar.
Thus it was that over the years, at the birth of each new child or in memory of an important occasion, what was only 1 barrel has become today’s vinegar factory.
I’m Cristiana and together with my father Emanuele, we passionately dedicate ourselves every day to the care of our vinegar factory from Scandiano.

We have chosen every day for generations to remain faithful to the tradition and culture of the production of Vinegar that has been handed down to us.
Our grape musts come from vines grown exclusively in Emilia Romagna.
This is because it is said that only Emilia Romagna has the right soil to give life and grow grapes which, once transformed, will then become the product known by all as black gold.
