Terms and conditions of use

By accepting the following terms and conditions of use, you accept the processing of your personal data as per the Privacy Policy.

Purchases made on our site, like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

The Customer (i.e. those who purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity, or those who do not enter the VAT number at the time of purchase) is granted a right of withdrawal from the contract. In particular, the Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send the Supplier a specific communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

For us, this communication is sufficient if it is sent by e-mail hello@acetaiabonacini.it (The law requires that it be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

This communication must contain the codes of the products to be returned, as well as information on the methods of reimbursement of the expenses incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and any bank details.

The products subject to rethinking must be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, to the postal address indicated in your e-mail or to the same address used for the registered letter.

Once we have received the goods and verified their integrity, we will, as soon as possible, credit the customer with the cost of the returned products, withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs which will in any case be charged to the customer.

Exclusions:

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons who act for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by resellers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
